WPM was formed in 2010 by Price Muir, following a successful 15 year career as an industrial sales & leasing broker. With over 40 acquisitions since its inception, WPM has purchased over 3,500,000 square feet of industrial space and over 850 acres of both raw and improved, income producing industrial land, with a total transactional volume in excess of $550,000,000.
