Meet The Team

W. Price Muir

Founder, President, CEO

Price Muir is the Founder, President and CEO of WPM Commercial (“WPM”), a well capitalized and closely held real estate investment firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. WPM specializes in the acquisition, operation, and occasional disposition of industrial real estate assets in Atlanta and across the Southeast.

Muir formed WPM in 2011 following a successful 15 year career as an Atlanta industrial leasing, sales and investment broker. In that time, Muir has led WPM in the acquisition of over 20 properties totaling over 2,000,000 square feet of industrial space and over 500 acres of both raw and improved, income producing industrial land. Muir is the General Partner/Sponsor/Manager for all of WPM’s associated investment companies. 

 

Muir is an Atlanta native and graduated from the Lovett School in 1991 and the University of Georgia in 1995 with a BBA in Finance. He lives in Atlanta with his wife and three children.

Nicole Vaziri

Operations

Nicole is responsible for the oversight of WPM’s Operations, including the company’s  establishment and implementation of strategies, processes and objectives related to asset management. She is also directly involved in the company’s capital allocation, acquisition and  financing activities and focused on developing and maintaining relationships with key tenants,  vendors and third-party associates. 

 

Nicole has over 15 years of experience working in commercial real estate operations and leasing. Most recently working in leasing and operations for NurembergMesse, an international tradeshow company, and prior to that with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and Bain & Company.

 

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Clayton State University.

TJ Costen

TJ is responsible for sourcing acquisitions for investments in the Southeastern US. This includes identifying, underwriting, and acquiring assets that are aligned with the firm’s long-term goals. Additionally, he works directly with third party leasing and property management teams at the operational level.Previously, TJ was an analyst with Cantor Commercial Real Estate (CCRE), a subsidiary of Cantor Fitzgerald, in New York, NY. At CCRE, TJ was a part of the firm’s debt origination platform, providing innovative capital solutions to Borrowers across the country. TJ earned a Bachelors of Arts in Finance at the University of South Carolina where he also played on the baseball team.
